Found this very interesting, and will probably use some of the information to help me make my page designs more effective: http://news.yahoo.com/s/usatoday/20...dkjtBAF;_ylu=X3oDMTA5aHJvMDdwBHNlYwN5bmNhdA--
And a nice bit of advertising copy too by the looks of it - Yahoo drew the article from USA Today, Jetblue looks like its part of the American Express Group which is a client of NNG who have a number of mentions in articles in USA Today (maybe they pay for display advertising in the USA Today print publication?) Still some information is better than no information I guess, and the 8 words from a tutor at the School of Information at the University of Texas could give the theory credence, although they don't actually validate what the article says. Its food for thought though
Thanks, that is helpful. A friend sent me "Dont Make Me Think" by Steve Krug and that book speaks about many of the same concepts. I am from the less is more school of thought, so both the article and Krug's book were valuable to me.
