How suidoo lens helps ranking???

Web 2.0 sites like squdoo, hub pages, google knol and more are very helpful to promote a site. Dont use those site for only creating a page with content. Try to build the links to those pages.

Squido and hub are good for traffic as well as for PR.By generating you can get lot of pr as well as you can improve you serp's.

I've done a few tests with Squidoo lenses that have obtained high PR over time, and the backlinks appear in backlink reports and have increased website ranking for targeted keywords. The links are very valuable, but they do help.

Regarding EzineArticles, I've noticed that they hold a considerable amount of weight, but there are tons of outbound links on each article. On the other hand, Squidoo has a limited number of outbound links, which I prefer.
