    Hi there,

    You must create a Google Adsense account (search for Google Adsense on Google)
    and then link your service to your Google Adsense account, this might be done automatic or through your publisher id but that depends on f.e. your blog publisher.

    When your website start to get significant amounts of visitors regularly and naturally then you can start earning from adsense

    For the significant number of visitors, your site must have enough content.
    Thus, you can get good visits to your site and then publish advertisements.
    Though, it's not necessary, but if your site is not getting good visits then placing of ads might be worthless.
