How spammers can be removed from spam lists?

    Hello guys,

    I have some problems with spammers in our Blog
    So I would like to know possibilities how spammers can remove yourself from some type lists or other databases?
    Or maybe understand what lists or other databases are used in these wordpress plugins:

    Akismet
    WP-SpamFree

    Waiting for replies.

    Throw in a captcha image. Most spam bots can't break it, and there's a lot of captcha plugins available for wordpress. It'll take you about 2 mins to install (if even).

    I've been experimenting with the YACAPTCHA plugin on some of my sites and it seems to work really well. If you click the link in my sig and try to post a comment on that site you'll see it in action.

    I went and tried it. One comment on Captcha. I have good eye sight and I frequently have trouble with the capture technology. It is too hard to read.
