How some websites getting 10 Pagerank with Backlinks?

hotbusinessonline.info have a pagerank of 10 without any informative content and backlinks. This is the fake PR as i get known from webmaster. Can anyone tell me how they got the fake page rank? Some said they used the redirection method to get this but if we use redirection method then it goes to the site to whom we redirect but this site show us the same website. Is here anyone who know how they did this?

 

iam doing off page work from 6 months but i did not heard about fake ranking from anyone...

 

I also get know about it recently from my colleagues. Its the technique that is used by many webmaster's to sell links on such fake page rank website. This is counted in Blackhat technique and search engine ban such websites.

 

I can see this site has PR 0.. Where did you get the PR 10 from?

 

From my understanding there are very few website that have a pagerank of 10. I have not seen any that I have come across on random surfing with a pagerank of 10

 

That would be a invalid/fake PR. And i just now saw the website's PR (hotbusinessonline.info) and i found it's original/present PR is 0/10

 

I checked the url provided by you from a PR checking web site and it gives me PR 0.

I am sorry, by mistake the wrong url was written, i actual url of this site is http://www.hotbusinessesonline.info/. It have the PR10 on its home page and other pages have 0. If we check its backlinks then it have 0 backlink.
