Yeah it is a fact that most of those sites are no-follow or have out-going links, especially the most popular ones like Digg, Reddit, Stumbleupon etc. These sites are good for traffic. But also there are DOFOLLOW social bookmarking sites without out-going links like Multiply, Tumblr, Amplify, Spotback, Spurl and a lot more other sites which may help you to get backlinks with pageranks along traffic. It is simple they give valuable backlinks to your website or blog pages that you bookmark. If you can get people viewing your reviews on the SB sites and they become very popular like on Digg- you can get tons of traffic.
