Basically, stop scraping content. You need to be adding decent content on your site. Rest is still the same, lots of backlinks. It seems these days that it is bad to have too many keyword anchor text backlinks to your site, you really need to get a good quantity of natural looking text links to your site mixed in with the keyword links to make your link profile look more natural.
