How should i visible Menus in wp admin panel?

    I need to visible settings,plugin menus in admin panel. How should i do it?

    Can you please being more Clear!! do you need to make the Menu visible for users!? or you mean that the Menu and Plugin Links don't appear on your Admin Panel !?

    ok, i think it's a plugin which made the issue... so Deactive all Plugins then try again! if the links appear again, Active the Plugins One By One and Check in the same time to find the one which caused the Problem...
