how should i set keywords with high quality ?

i have set many keywords in adwords but they are low quality

what's your suggestion for improving keywords with high quality ?

Basically the keys are having relevant keyword with Ad group's name, the ad and the landing page. Landing page's speed performance and click through rate history can also help increase your quality score

To find keywords that prove well in your business industry you have to test. Try different ads, test different keywords. Find out which keywords get click throughs and find out which keywords convert the traffic. Eventually you'll start to see a picture of which keywords work best for your business.
