How should I send my audio and video presentation file via email?

    Hi!,

I have created a unique audio/video- powerpoint presentation, through a software known as camstudio. However, kindly tell me the right way of sending the file via email. How do I send it? Do I have to compress it and then send it in an attached form? What are the actual steps for doing it.

Also, I need to know how to edit a file for deleting part of the recording and adding further audio to it.

Is there anyone who can help me out, with this issue?

Upload it to a free file host first. Then send the link so if someone is on dial up it does not take hours to download when they need to get on the phone or have it free so others can call.

It all depends on what the person at the other end wants to do with it.

If they only need to watch it, then upload it to YouTube.
If they need to edit it, then you should MAIL them a CDR/DVD with the source material on it.

I agree the best way will be to upload to a free file host and then email the link or if its not to big use rar or zip compress it and email it.
