So this seo helper tool tells me my site is like at both www.ukratom.com and ukratom.com and suggest I redirect to one or the other. So my question is what should I 301 it to? I think most of my links go to www.

Well, its really very simple , you just have to write rules for it so that every time your site should be opened with www ........ juts go into FTP (file transfer protocol) of your website and open the file there name as "htaccess" and write rules in it so that whenever any one open your site either any way like without www or with www but your site will be open with www.ukratom.com and it can take hardly 2 to 3 minutes to do all this procedure ........... Just open the file (htaccess) and do it there, you can get code for these rules from internet very easily Thanks
