I'd suggest putting together a short special report or e-book around a topic of interest to the wine market. Embed links to your affiliate program inside, then offer item for sale via ClickBank. ClickBank affiliates who choose to promote your report/e-book for a commission instantly expands your affiliate and your revenue base on two fronts - one from ClickBank sales, and two from report buyers who have choose to join your wine affiliate program based on how you've framed it in the reprot/e-book.
