How should I market an incentive website?

    So I'm looking for some help. I need to promote an incentive based website that gives away ipods and things like that. I know forums are a big MUST but I'm not sure what else I should do. If anyone has experience or ideas to market this site I would really appreciate it.

    PPC marketing is really key with an incentive site. Also, try "freebie forums" type of places (freeipodguide, anything4free) but you aren't going to get as high quality users from the forums as you are from PPC.

    SEO is another good way to get the site known and also receive some good quality organic traffic. It's a must these days, but don't totally rely on getting 100% or even 75%+ of your traffic from the search engines as it's to much of a risk.
