Hi, I'm the marketing director for a new project - a web shop selling design elements for powerpoint presentations. Just like presentationload.com. We are launching the website in 2-3 weeks time (sry, can't reveal the name yet). I want to grow the sales through affiliate marketing. I have very basic knowledge about affiliate, but I don't know what works and what doesn't. My idea is to join clickbank and CJ. The average purchase amount will be around $50-60. Questions: How should a design my affiliate program? Only banners, provide "design packages" to sell, etc. What would be good to start out with? What should I provide to potential affiliates? (banners, sales text) What is a competitive commission ratio? I just want a simple strategy that works to start out with. Any suggestions? Tobias
