    It used to, but not any longer. Google's API doesn't allow you to specify country any longer (it used to).

    I do it manual...But there are various tools available on internet like Rank Checker. You can also buy a software WebCEO for exact ranking with various features. like back Links checker, Competitor Analyzer and others...
