I have like 20 websites. I want to just use white-hat tactics. I do not have much money to spend on marketing, but I can and have poured lots of sweat-equity into marketing. I have primarily been doing social media marketing, but it has not been significantly effective. How can I make my efforts more efficient and effective, despite my financial limitations?
