How Setup Socks5 Server on Windows 2003

    Hello, one of my Friend got VPS and few ips ( 405 to 50 ) now he want to setup a socks5 server so that he can use those proxies from his pc.

    something like this ..

    208.150.30.199:32781
    208.150.30.200:33456
    208.150.30.201:15645
    208.150.30.202:67895
    208.150.30.203:67532

    " with random Ports" ..

    Can anybody give some hints or anything that can help ?
