There is a Little difference in Technology and Algorithm b/w Google and Yahoo, but there is no such a big difference that should be highlighted here.
No big differences - but I heard that Yahoo cares much about the site's link structure. Not sure though.
yahoo has a very heavy weighting for keyword domain names yahoo has a very low weighting for domain age yahoo has a very low weighting for links yahoo has a middle weighting for site structure google has more of an even weight for these primary factors
As far as my knowledge there may not be a great difference between SEO of search engines. Therefore be it Bing.com or Yahoo.com the SEO procedure is the same and same should be the result too.
I usually find that sites do well on Yahoo before they do on Google - as apsmacart says, yahoo doesn't seem to bother much about age. Also, you don't need as many back links to do well on yahoo - weave keywords into content and coding and your site is likely to do well.
