How send thousands email without spamming?

how can i find this phplist?
you say every 15 min send 100 emails.
your mean really after 15 min we send 100 emails or in 15 min we send 100 emails? for example every 15 seconds we send just 1 email?

 

I am also tried all the mails go to spam only.....

 

This subject is a hard one to find answers to. The people who know don't let the cat out of the bag, so their methods can't be stopped. Good luck trying to find a proven technique.

 

You can find software like this..or best is use another email account if you are marked as spammer.
