    I would highly recommend you do this the other way around, supply the videos to megavideo, movshare etc and then post the links around the net on sites like sidereel, tvduck and themoviehub.info. You earn money much faster, and you can also piggy back on open wifi access to do this without trace. Just my two cents.

    It is always the hosters that get into trouble. However, these media companies are really trying to crack down on those that are distributing the software in any way. I think it is a risky thing to do and honestly, probably a poor long-term business model. How will you be different from any other website currently doing this? It seems like the only ones that are doing any good are the ones that are actually supplying the content (ripping the movies, taking cameras into theaters, cracking software, etc), which would definitely be against the law.
