How Responsive site help in your website ranking?

    I read in Google last update that mobile design will help in ranking for my website. Is it able to place my website at #1 in Google, if I convert it in responsive???

    Before few month Google raise an update about Https that it will help in website ranking, but it goes totally money waste things. Https doesn't help in ranking.

    Any suggestion that will responsive design help to boost my website ranking in the search engines?

    Responsiveness of a website helps online users to have better interaction which leads to greater conversion for the business website. Basically a responsive website needs to be available on all devices including smartphones and tab. As responsiveness has become a ranking factor for search engines like Google, it has become a must to have a responsive website.

    It helps on ranking not for just being responsive but because due to that, since every time there are more and more people accessing websites through their mobile devices, it becomes more accessible, with more hits and therefore, reputation increases.

    Mobile optimization is more important now. Google knows the future of web search is on mobile devices. The percentage of people using mobile to search is growing everyday. So, this optimization is not only important for Google ranking, but important for your visitors and your website income.

    Even with this Google change for mobile content is still king.

    If your site is not mobile friendly then it can drop from mobile ranking its doesn't effect on desktop SERPs. If you are targeting your mobile visitors too then make your site mobile friendly with this tool https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/ here you ll get all the suggestion how you can make your site mobile friendly and https mean more secured domain its didn't effect on any kind of ranking promotion.

    responsive web sites are good but it should me mobile friendly , it does not effect desktop serp at all
