    Hello all,

I have three questions I would appreciate help on. I am sure first one is a commonly asked nooby question:

    1) How Real Time is Google Adsense? Does it update every 15 minutes?

    2) I have just seen this on my statcounter, what was this user doing? The clicks are very close together aren't they. See image attached

    3) Statcounter: Does it show only some clicks?

    Thanks for any help.

why are you monitoring all clicks? just let it take its course theres no point sitting and watching it every few minutes

    Please do not make assumptions.

The purpose of statcounter is to monitor my traffic and *not* adsense clicks. These clicks were something unusual i noticed as I was looking though which paths some of my users take. I then decided to ask this question about statcounter only reporting certain clicks.

some clicks aren't reported in statcounter's exit link activity, and likewise in adsense

    Thanks for the reply.

Do you know why this would be the case? Any guesses?

From what I've heard, a user who clicks on an ad must stay on the ad's website for some time (more than a few seconds I think) for that click to be registered and get credited.

Hit-&-run clicks get counted in statcounter but not in adsense.

Clicks registered in adsense but not in statcounter - that I dunno - maybe statcounter just misses a few things.
