is it weird that one day i get around 30 or so clicks and then the very next day, i get around 5 clicks on the same amount of impressions. Sometimes, you can never predict whats going to happen.

Individual campaigns can be eradic but if you get thousands of clicks a day it tends to be less random and follow a predictable sine curve.

It's perfectly normal, especially for smaller sites with less traffic. The larger the sample of unique visitors the more likely it is that the number of clicks will be more or less stable.

The main thing is to check up on the unique visitors of your site. Most likely in those cases you had more uniques than on the other day. That said, Adsense earnings could give yo-yo's a lesson or two :p

I wrote a spreadsheet to track my all my site stats. I see a general trend going up. I do 7 day trend averages and 30 day trend averages and those go up too!

E-mail me if you want a copy of this simple spreadsheet.

That sounds like one site with maybe 100 visitors per day. When you get up to a few thousand visitors per day it will get very stable but if you look at individual pages or sites within your thousands of page views you will see the same kind of swings with one site and a few hundred page views.

By the way, I clicked on your link for Bluetooth and the site wouldn't load. That can have an effect on click totals. :)

I don't know why it didn't load but it seems to be working now. It could have been a hosting problem. But thanks for the info. By the way, how do you like my site?
