You have asked that several times and received many answers, stop asking the same thing over and over

You have more than enough answers in previous posts, what else do you want? Have you even tried following them? Did you read the FAQ?

Where are you stuck Westhaven. If you post some details you may get some specific help.

    It would help to know

Are the ads displaying on any of the pages?
Are they validating and if not whats the message?
What have you done so far?
    etc
    etc

It may be the generality of your question thats getting the responses so far

Create an empty file named ad_network_ads_227.txt in the same directory. The web server user should have write permissions to this file. An easy way to set the permissions would be with the following command:
    chmod 666 ad_network_ads_227.txt

tell me how to make writable ad_network_ads_227.txt and where to do this

I have PM'd a reply to you (as you PM'd me) but for others benefit, Because I don't know what servers you are running and are a newbie, the best thing is to email your hosting provider.

If they are windows servers, all you would need to have them do is the *equivalent* of chmod 666 the ad-network.txt file in your root.

This will ensure you don't change or add anything you shouldn't (I am assuming by your question that you have never used your control panel)

    Cheers
