How promote an inner webpage of a different language??

I want to have webpages that are written in a language other than english,say german.So how do I tell the search engine spider that my page is in german and to rank it in google german search engine.
My other pages are in english!!!

 

You are asking how would you promote a website with a different language or you are asking how can you put german words in your page?

 

Google will recongnize the language of your pages ...

 

I have all my pages in english and want a different set of web pages (in the same domain) in a different language.How do I tell this to search spiders??

 

I would just insert this meta tag <meta name="language" content="de"/>.
