How people make money from warez?

    Can anybody share how people make money from warez? As I see lots of discussion happening on this on DP, but couldn't understand clearly.

    i ask myself too :) , most advertising networks don't like warez because is against the law

    Warez forum owners doesnt make money from Ads or anything. What they earn is good fame and good number of visitors and members. The warez forums get hign ranks very easily and very quickly. I was having a warez forum a year back and i ran it for 1 year and 3 months and i got PR 2 with 11,000 members also.
    I never made any money from my forum,but i got some good donations from my members.
    After that i sold that site for 650$ to a Swiss Guy.
