No they dont look at your traffic source, what i think is that they look at your own personal location. If you are not from USA, most offers wont accept you so its just a few that takes worldwide affilates that will accept you!
I agree with you. Usually you can make a lot more from sales than an advertising model. However, this depends on the niche market that you are targeting. If people are searching for something you need to research what they exactly are looking for. If you find an offer that relates exactly to what they are looking for then your visitors will convert very well with an affiliate program. However, if the offer is not highly targeted to what the visitor is searching for then you will struggle to make sales and wasting your clicks. I would say Adsense is for these types of web sites where you cannot find an offer that converts well. At least you will be earning money from the clicks that you otherwise could not monetize before.
Very interesting, I guess that in your case it was a good thing you found that they were running affiliate ads on your site. Very interesting, thanks for the tips.
"No they dont look at your traffic source, what i think is that they look at your own personal location. So you want to tell there is almost no point to sign in with CJ as affiliate if you are not from USA ? That sucks then.
Like I said, this does not work for every niche, but if you know an affiliate program that is being listed in your adsense replace the link and see what convertions you get.
i tried replacing Adsense with CJ, Commision Junction and some other affiliate programs. but earning frm ADsense is much more then others. my 75% traffic is frm USA.
can i put CJ adv on proxyfied pages of prox ysites Can i advertise CJ ads on through CPM banners on oterh sites also
Well... I can't really agree. I replaced adsense with affiliate programs and nobody buy anything. I don't think it is that easy.
yeah affiliates are not for all sites, imo sites with small-medium amounts of traffic are better with adsense but Im sure it depends on the niche and I could be very wrong
Thanks for the tips. Many saying affiliates are not for all sites. Any clue as to what sites they work best with and with type of sites they do not work with.
seriously advertisers are pretty stupid to reject pubs based on country of origin. someone teach them how web works.
