How One Of My Sites Went From $2 a Day to $30 a day.

    For a long time I had been a Adsense fan and I still am but while checking one of my site stats I saw that It was generating a lot of clicks and I was getting paid around .10 cents per click, it was not bad but when I paid attention I saw that the site advertising on my site was also listed in CJ.

    So I went ahead and removed the adsense ad and replaced it with the cj affiliate code, I made it look similar to a Adsense ad and a week after that, a steady $30 dollars a day.

    This has been mentioned before but I want to remind you that they are the middle man, and honestly a TON of webmasters use Adwords to drive traffic to their affiliate offers, they pay you .20 cents per click, google might take .10 cents and you make .10 cents, and the webmaster promoting the affiliate offer make $15 or even more per sale.

    If you have a site that gets good American Traffic and you get lots of clicks see what ads are being displayed in your site, if that offer is available on cj, azoogle or linkshare replace the link with your affiliate code.

    Affiliate programs are a different game altogether, it needs lot of your attention, to see the stats and tweak it till it gives you decent profits while cpc is place and forget kind of ads

    Nice tips but that will only work in some niches.

    It really depends, yes you can get complicated with landing pages, ppc, etc, etc but it does not have to be that way.

    Like I said, one of my sites was getting decent search engine traffic and people were clicking on the ads. I simply took the 160x600 ad that was showing in my site and replaced it with 5 different affiliate ads. The ads look the same, it only toom me 15 minutes and the results were awesome.

    Yesterday I change several ads on my "printer tips website", I was making .05 cents per click, I replaced the ads to an affiliate ink cartridge company and today I saw my cj stats and it made a sale of $40 dollars and they gave me 15%.

    I had done this in the past and it always seems to work. This is an example of a 3 link ad.

    <b><a href="http://www.youraffiliateurl.info">Save 30% on Printer Ink</a></b><br>
    Free Shipping on $50 orders<br>

    <p>

    <b><a href="http://www.youraffiliateurl.info">Quality Refill Kits</a></b><br>
    Great Winter Savings<br>

    <p>
    <b><a href="http://www.youraffiliateurl.info">Low Prices On All Printer Ink</a></b><br>
    OEM Printer Ink Quality 1/2 Price<br>

    <p>

    PHP:
    That will look like this:

    I thought the same thing too Jarodboy but for example I have an arcade, when I looked at the ads GAMEFLY affiliates were advertising a lot, since people go to arcade to play games and most of them have xbox, ps2 etc. I replaced the Gamefly Google Ads with an Azoogle Offer, yes it took a few days to get a convertion but the site was making a few dollars a week, and now I get 1 or two convertions a week, Gamefly pays $18 bucks per lead.

    Like I said, it looks like this only works for certain niches but if there are Adsense ads being displayed in your site chances are that there is an affiliate offer for the same thing and you might be losing a ton of money.

    There are website that just can not work with affiliate programs.
    There are websites that can not be optimized for adsense content PPC.

    So basically there are a lot of websites that will never go from 2$ to 30$*

    *With the same traffic

    really, nice thought you got there, change ppc to affliate.

    is that $30 from sales or from clicks?

    I am a little familiar with affiliate programs and thought commisionjunction only paid on sales or signups

    Thanks great tip !

    The simplicity is brilliant though

    Take a site you own, add adsense "very easy" monitor the results if your getting decent traffic with low clicks
    Investigate whos advertising on your site & what they are selling, then cut them out,

    Sure we all have heard about replacing adsense with affiliates but who wants to wade through all the products available do tests on what works & figure it all out.

    Instead just see whos buying traffic on your site & let them do the work cause logicaly "if someone is buying traffic they are probably making a profit"

    Thanks again green added
