I would contact his host, NameCheap, and let them know about it.

I agree. File a DMCA takedown notice with his host. You're the copyright holder for the content, you have the right to have his site taken down...

The last time someone copied an entire site of mine, here's what I did:

    1. Contacted Adsense and all other advertisers FIRST with proof that the content was published by you first - the fact they're pointing back to you helps (they'll often ban the other person's account, but only if it's still live so they can see it).

    2. Contacted the 3 big search engines with DMCA requests to have all pages de-indexed as the site was fully copied - didn't take overly long. This is important if they're ranking better than you by some chance or ranking at all getting traffic. Money and traffic - hit 'em where it hurts. Again, do this BEFORE contacting a host - if the SEs can't see the content, they may not de-index the pages, and it will take a bit longer to get references to them removed.

    3. Contacted the person's web host with a DMCA request to have the site shut down - it took a little while, but they did comply.

I think the site is loading from me.. check the status bar...

Its just his/her domain name visible in the url bar..
Whatever changes I make, they appear on the other site.

SO the other site is possibly trying to get backlinks by using your content. Then possibly switch over to their own content once they have the backlinks they want.

Thats the only thing i can think of ....

    1) well is that dude copy your site is a very stupid because use same affiliate links like you and the contact us page and archives go to your site, but who is so stupid to make that ?
    2) or you made a copy of your site and put on other domain, because the comments are the same that means use the same database
edit: 3)or u left chmod 777 on your root and someone copy all your files => change your database password

Word Press has plugins that enable a person to copy another sites RSS feed then post it as if it was there own posts. It will copy EVERYTHING.. links.. comments... etc etc etc...

I find countless numbers of people doing that with articles I post on my blogs.

But who knows.. could be tons of different things.

It's an encoded script that is supposed to fool an ad blocker, anti-spyware or other script filter -- OR -- it's just someone trying to hide their javascript from other programmers. These are all over the web.
