how one earn from Commission Junction?

    In order to complete the payment information required for your account, please

    in the field marked "Reference Number" on line 8. Send the form to Commission
    Junction by fax (818-879-5284) or by mail.

    is it apply to everyone? or just US?

    You earn from CJ by promoting products from CJ advertisers - you get a commission for anything you sell.
    Unless you're in the US, don't worry about the W8 form.

    And don't ever, EVER bump a thread on DP again :D

    You realize there's a special section for CJ?
