How on earth this site is still alive!

I was always under the imprecision that we are not allowed to place ads besides images and videos also we all know we can not place adsense directly under our words (except advertisement and sponsored by)
Now look at this great website :
    http://www.2createawebsite.com/prebuild/quick-website-overview.html
clearly both ads; the one beside the video and the ad at the end of the page are completely against adsense TOS; this page on the mentioned site has been like this for about 4 years; so it is not something new that google may need time to find it!
How on earth this is still a live for 4 years and still !!!!

It can be done. Placing a video that you've made, with ads beside, is ok in my opinion.

Then at the end once again it's fine. Sure the sentence "Have questions? Join us in the forums!" is just above the adsense block, but that's ok because join us in the forums is a link, so the sentence makes sense on its own and doesn't require visitors to have a look at the ad below and click it thinking it will take them to "the forums".

So for me this implementation is fine, but I'm not adsense reviewer.

I have checked it with this utility: Page Rank Checker, and the site has almost 10 years, i think it is older than google.

why does it matter if a site is dead or alive? Does it bother you this much? Go talk to the site owner

Yes, it does matter! because we all here to learn and if this is okay then I will implement the same thing for my site BUT I have feeling if I do it then google will ban me the next day with a strong reason which is breaking adsense TOS.

He's not jealous he simply think this ad placement is forbidden by adsense, but in fact it is not forbidden, and if you want to do the same, simply do it, then write to adsense to ask for compliance confirmation / a human review so that you will get the OK or the not OK confirmation by adsense.

I think there is no violation. Many leading websites do this.

It shows more than just rank. When I go check out my homepage, I get "Domain Age: 9 years, 232 days" and I can safely say that my website is NOT older than Google, just for the record. And 9 years ago I was running it via dyndns off my home internet connection because it got basically no traffic lol
