Okay, I just don't get this! On Tom's profile it says "I'm Tom and I'm here to help you. Send me a message if you're confused by anything." I have been trying for months to send him a message... it always say "Tom is not currently accepting messages because his status is set as away", and I can't ever comment cause it always say he's got too many comments for the day. It's really annoying. I've emailed MySpace, and they've never answered back. How on earth can you get support from them? And no, for the thing I need help with it won't help to read any FAQ, I need to contact them. Does any one have a way?!
Well, I don't think myspace has really good support... at all... and with every large company or site, it is hard to contact the head guy. Just try and google a solution or ask someone or ask here.
Tom no longer owns myspace. They have a complete support group that you will have to contact. Lol, dont go to tom for help. He is just getting rich off myspace now.
