Your site isnt even finished yet, so you can start the 6 month timer after you:

Have unique content that is written clearly, and is grammatically correct.

Don't have a site that adds nothing to the internet.

3 main issues you have to implement:

1) Writing only the things related on your website.
2) Your page has to be contained approximately 500 words.
3) Only the quality and attractive contents.

Try these first, and re-submit to adsense periodically.

see above triumph Kumar is a valid point because in India you will sure get 6 months but you have also point that other countries may take 3 months, 2 months or 1 month. well depend on where are origin or located

Wrong. They said they are from the USA. There is NO 6 month requirement for sites from the USA.

I didn't have 6 months with my site when I signed up for adsense. I had by that moment like 4 months with my site & 15 quality post ...And was rejected by the amount of post in my page. I wrote 15 more quality post and my site was accepted.

 

If I am not mistaken it is on the amount of the traffic your site gets in order for your site to have google adsense on it.

 

Traffic means nothing for Adsense approval
