    Well, I'm not VS, but in California you have to be 18 to buy a lottery ticket.
    Being carded means she was asked for ID (to prove she was at least 18) when buying the ticket...

    Tell me about it...I actually forgot how old I was the other day ("Hmmmmm, am I 25 or 26?") & had to do the math (2004 - 1978 = 26...what?! When did I get older!!). It sure does sneak up on you.
