    refresh what? if it is sales data I would say either instantly or near instant
    if it is analytics I think it is every 1 hour

    They usually send out sales notifications almost instantly (if you have sales notifications set up... which is a bit of a pain if you're an affiliate but automatic if you're a publisher.)
