How often should I update my website?

    My main site gets a minor update (mayby 10-15 words changed/added) on the homepage around every 60-90 days. I get around 3K uniques a day from google to it.

    The site has over 20 #1 SERP terms and around 200 Page 1 SERPS results. The niche is not very competitive (avg 1,000,000-5,000,000 serps results for most of the keywords/phrases).

    So, if your site is doing well, don't mess with it - you might be better adding extra content to other pages within your site.

    Change your homepage for your visitors and not the S/E Spiders.

    Ours does just the opposite....:eek: If we don't update our blog everyday we fall from page 1 to below page 10 of the results. It's a newish site...

    Like I always say... G is just retarded that way... What applies to 1 site, doesn't always apply to another of the same values.-IMHO
