How often is Google Page Rank updated?

Impossible to predict the date ..... But expect an update soon

 

Several months,but not fixed.

 

Google rarely lets anyone know exactly when PR is updated, but asks folks to not focus on PR but keep on buidling unique content, and backlinks

 

Do the ones answering this question know how to use Google. There are more than twenty different replies here.

 

Why did this question receive so many answers and one of them staing that it is once every 24 hours.

 

Number of reasons.

1: You can link to your other sites from your PR site. don't you look for PR links?
2: Market give you much more money if site have Good PR. (i flipp sites and know most sites sell good when site have good PR)
3: Higher PR mean , google trust on your site. and when you add new contents its index fast and get rankings.

i think, good enough. But i also agree, this question is boring when PR update, and people ask again and again.

why not mod create sticky thread about it. like, don't ask this question again and again. and tell newbies , PR updates some time after 3 month, some time after 4 or 6 months.

that's not true!

 

No body actually know when google do this,most of the time users just predict it. So keep posting good article and tutorial on your website and hope for the best. That's it page rank of your website is different on every page. it is not compulsory that the whole website gets the same page rank . So do't worry about it. Some of your web page can have higher page rank on the other side some of them may have lower page rank.

 

Google has no specific time when to update Page rankings but from what I've read it happens 3 to four times a year.
