How often is an AdWord campaign stats updated?

    I'm running something right now and I am constantly refreshing the site to see if there have been any impressions/clicks. How often does it update?

    Every 3 hours or so.

    But it vary, sometimes It's quite real time - I made stupid test one year ago clicking my own ad at search results. After 40 minutes it was in my stats.
