Sit down for a few hours and mock up 4 or 5 posts on different topics. Save them as drafts and then go back and improve and finish off. The top bloggers will have probably 10+ posts in the works at any one time.
At least 15, 7 to 10 of which need to be strong pillar posts. Blogs thrive off of repeat vistors and it is difficult to get a first time visitor to come back if your site doesn't have a good amount of content there.
I think that if you write very good and interesting posts, a 2-3 days posts frequency is good enough.
I am a blogger. Consistence is the key. One or two posts per week is good; that is what i do. www.internetmarketinginfo101.blogspot.com www.self-improvement2007.blogspot.com www.overcome-illnesses.blogspot.com
Once a week doesn't sound like a lot, but then again, I only have two blogs. I'm guessing those with 25 blogs barely have time to do one a week.
My 2nd blog is a sports blog, so there's plenty of material for me to cover. I'll stick to the 1-2 posts a day on that. Besides, I really enjoy blogging about sports. With my other blogs, it'll probably 3-4 times a week like you recommended.
I would say 3-5 posts per week would be sufficient but keep in mind, good quality content is the the most important factor.
That is true... we actually post 2-3 times a day during the week. Obviously, the more often you post the more often people have a reason to visit your blog but if the content is of sufficient quality you can build a loyal following and make money with 3-5 posts per week.
With sports and music, I have quite a bit of topics I can write about. I just hope these two niches pay well.
I show some stats of the known money making blogs and how many times they post per day. This should give you a good example.[/QUOTE] Thanks for sharing this
