Yahoo is crawling us once a day and updating index 1 later. I think this only depend what value are they giving to you, i am sure they have hidden PR systems.
The crawler frequency changes with the authority of the site. If your site has a good authority then your site will be crawled frequently. Updating the content frequently will make your site to be crawled often.
I am getting hits from yahoo crawler on a daily basis most of them crawls daily and sometimes 2/3 times in a single day when you ping them
I think they do not crawl every sites in day to day basis but as long as the link building is been done everyday the chances for the site being crawl is 100 percent to be accurate then. Not only yahoo can crawl your site but also the other search engine too.
Like some others said: it depends on the authority of your site. The better and higher you are, the more your site will be crawled and updated on search.
Good post. I found this to be the same with Google. I just submitted my site to Yahoo, and I'm hoping to see these bots crawling soon.
if your site is active, i mean if you update contents and link building daily then scrawling will be daily.
All the crawlers crawl real important sites nearly everyday. But if your site is not so big like Google, Facebook and the like then you really need to step up on your SEO work. If you have made any changes to your site and you have been building links then it might take 10 days before the changes getting noticed.

According to my knowledge Yahoo crawl the website more frequently than Google. It depends on off-page and on-page activities.
