How often does Google update your External Links?

    When you go into Webmaster Tools by Google how often does it update your external links? My last update lost me a lot of links and I've been promoting a lot but the number hasn't changed for a while. I tried resubmitting my site to Google twice. :mad:

    Google seems to take forever. I use yahoo to give me a estimate of how many links I have.
