How often does google PR change nowadays?

    the PR used to update every few months. now it seems it is doing it all the time... what is your experience?

    Toolbar PageRank values are historical rather than real-time values, because they are re-published every several months

    WELL,Google PR updates happen on a quarterly basis, this is my personal experience. I believe the next one is coming in Jan 2009.

    My last Google PR update was in October 08, i supposed the next update will be around 3 months later. However, i also heard the news that Google is doing PR updates very frequently nowadays.

    I can't understand page rank, i get pr1 for one of my site and withing 1 month my pr increased to 3

    As far as my knowledge Google PR last updated was in October, I think PR update happens every three months.

    Matt Cutts Googles mouthpiece said Google made 450 changes to their algorithm last year.

    So what are you going to do change your site 450 times?
