So I have a week and a half old site and for the last few days Google has been indexing my posts almost within 30 minutes to an hour after I post them. I've had other sites and Google didn't really index them that fast, is this normal nowadays? It's pretty cool, but now Google has put more pressure on me to keep creating content
Google crawls my site a number of times a day. I don't know if its new but I do see that almost all posts get spidered almost immediately.
better you set how google visit your site in Google Webmaster Tools. Too frequent google visit to crawl your site will make your server busy enough to handle it. Just safe your server bandwidth.
have you heard og Google Danse? Read...it's interesting http://www.rankforsales.com/google-monthly-update-cycle-and-dance.html
I think mine is crawled everyday. And every post gets crawled within 10 minutes of posting. My blog has PR4. Although i am looking for traffic. There is not much traffic so far. Regards,Mohit http://mohitvalecha.wordpress.com/
Google's webmaster tools has elaborate crawl stats, you just need to verify your site and you get the stats.
I always have a bot on my sites, either Google, MSN or Yahoo. My posts normally get indexed and are visible on the first page (top 3) within 5-15 minutes of the post. Sometimes less
Hi, crawl your post or web site within min trust me if you do not belive me just register with www.upcominghollywoodmovie.com and create your blog on this web site but post only Relevant content or should be theme related. otherwise owner will delete your post. thanks
How come updating your site increases the frequency of google bot visits? I thought it depends only on backlinks and PR.
Few things influence the frequency of crawling and those things are up to you. Build a quality site with a strong and natural link portfolio, and frequently add content. Spiders will come more often. Simple.
Some of my sites get crawled everyday by Google and several other search engines, most of the time once I get a site indexed, it will start to get crawled at least once a week.
