Google Pagerank is dead now and not be available publicly. However Pagerank depends on quality of your site and quality of the backlinks for your website.
Like many have said, Pagerank is dead. However, it is has been said that Google still uses it internally. Just no longer updates it. I would recommend looking at Ahrefs Domain Rating as well as Moz Domain Authority as factors to use instead of pagerank.
Ranking matter on many different factors. It depend how many users are finding your content or service more useful on the keyword searched. Better content, backlinks, traffic stats help you to get better and steady rankings.
Lots of illiterate posters with reading disabilities responding in this thread. Please read the OP's question before responding. This thread is NOT about Google PageRank(TM) (which is still updated daily and factored into the ranking algorithm daily; but is just not publically released anymore) The OP was asking about the ranking of page; which they used the words 'page rank'; which is bleedin obvious if you actually read what they posted! The rankings change on a continuous basis. >500 algorithm tweaks are made a year, so that affects ranking on a daily basis. They also factor in new data (ie input for other algorithms, link data, PageRank, etc) on a daily basis that can change rankings every day.
In order to get higher ranking on Google, I think you need to push more work on SEO campaigns, learn more about SEO on many popular sites such as searchengineland, searchenginewatch, moz,...And then apply directly to your own website, if you try hard, maybe in some next months you will get the rank you want or at least increase it position
Focus more on SEO, quality content, backlinks, etc. But I think page rank is no longer being updated.
Keep focused on the important details and just keep linking! Strong links and consistent traffic have always been the key!
