How Often Do You Use URL Removal Tool

    I wonder how often webmasters are using URL removal tool at Google Webmaster section. How important is it for a webmaster to ask for removal of 404 pages from its index...

    i never used it. if i want to remove somethink from google index, i use robots.txt

    I also never used that option. I just 301 redirect or use robots file

    I never used it, I expect Google bots to be intelligent enough to do their jobs without us telling them.
