    Most of the pages do not require daily updates, but some pages like: daily jokes,etc really need daily updates, if not hourly based in order to keep the users attracted.
    But common, if you made a fan page for your CITY or for your HIGH SCHOOL then why should you daily update?

    As for me I update our fan page primerely twice a week. Because it takes too much free time to update it every day.
