How Often do you Update/Upload your Sitemap File?

    I use a scheduled job that automatically updates the sitemap once per hour. The sitemap.xml file is referenced from robots.txt so it should be picked up automatically by robots. And I only resubmit to Google WMT when a lot of pages change (or are removed) at the same time. Even though I suspect that resubmitting a working sitemap (without major errors) isn't needed at all.
