How often do you scan your computer?

Have all in one security software so its ok protection but do scans every few days and a full scan of whole pc every few weeks i guess. If my pc starts workn slow all of a sudden or think it may be infected i do delete all my internet cache, history and temp files then do a extra scan.

I don't scan my computer on a routine manner. I scan the PC when ener I am bored or when my net connection goes off or I have no threads to post or reply in dp. That happens once or twice a month

I dont like scanning my pc often I scan only when bitdefender tells me that theres a virus threat in my pc =))
ya I run Anti Spyware scan (which usually takes 1-2 minutes at the most) once a week

Twice a day. A full system scan when im sleeping and when im eating lunch it scans my download folder for me. Can never be too careful these days. I also cant take any chances with all of my account numbers, SSN, etc in a text file on my desktop (dont ask).

My AVG is set to scan every other day Keeps me safe lol. I don't go to sites that might give me something, but better safe than sorry. I have way to much important data on my computer.
