Around 300 a day right now but that's high for us. We just installed a new server and it's not handling spam as well for some reason. On average, when the filters are working, we get about 20 to 50. I've had a couple e-mail addresses out there for over 11 years and through all those years of marketing, every spammer in the world has it. But they're too important to delete so we just deal with it. For those of you getting spam in the thousands, I think you need to upgrade your spam filtering software. Nobody should have to endure that much spam.
Ok, after an hour on the phone with Verio, we've straightened out the problem. Too much to go into but when they did some upgrades, the Spam Assasin was actually deleted! Thanks Verio! So we're back down to 20 or so a day. That's tolerable. I can filter much of that out by tweaking Outlooks local filter.
I get about 15 a day. Thank goodness they go straight to the spam box. I go in about once a day and delete them. They're all from the same (you know enhancing) spammer. I'd like to know which one of the lists I'm on sold me out :-(
I don't count anymore. Guess about 400 every day +/- most go directly in the junk folder and deleted daily. But sometimes some good once land in the junk too and I need to check. Just missed nearly one order today. So you can't avoid them completely, even on a mac.
