I scan as soon as I get up, just before i go to bed, and sometimes during lunch

several times a week, Zonealarm security suite...which U/D's like 3+ times a day, it's nuts.

I only do a virus scan if I feel something's wrong with my computer (i.e., if it's slow or not functioning).

I use norton to scan each night (automatically) and Regcure to check, test, optimize my registry also each night.

I prefer the set it and forget it approach!

i am online ablot 10 hours a day and i download a lot of stuff so i have got to scan as often as i can and keep updating my virus software

I interrupt AVG every morning during autoscan. I get a 5% scan done everyday

I probably only do a full scan every 2 weeks or so. I do scan anything that comes in via p2p before extracting it though.

Every 2 weeks, usually at the weekend.

I always update my virus definitions first to the latest version (which I suggest you guys do too!) before I run a full scan.

Then I update my Spybot detection definitions and do a full scan for spyware as well.
